6 questions you must ask yourself if you want to have a fulfilling life
Have you thought about what stops you living a fulfilling and purposeful life?
· We live in this crazy world where spending all day sitting down and then running on a threadmill seems normal…
· Stressed all day and then rushing to yoga class…
· We try to eat salads or healthy snacks as we don’t have time to cook fresh food… So we gobble up all those preservatives and alcohol on a regular basis…
· Living a constant duality that shows the clash with how we live and what we want…
Some of us which are more drawn to have a Healthy lifestyle.
But how hard it is to balance all that within our society expectations?
Truth is, a lot of us tried it and it’s not easy.
As humans, we may strive for perfection but we often can’t manage and lose sight of what is good for us. And how to balance it altogether.

1. To live a fulfilled live first ask yourself:
What is important for you? Now as well as long term.
Have you got a clear, defined idea of what you want in your life?
Make a list if needed, and then rank by importance, and by possibility.
You can then match both lists to see what things can make you happy more easily.
The choice is yours.
2. Take responsibility to lead a fulfilling life:
Who (if not you) is in charge of things?
If you want to improve your life satisfaction, you are the only one that can do it. So take a leap!
Which brings to the next point…
3. What obstacles are you facing to live in a meaningful way:
What is getting on the way of you accomplishing that?
Time? Money? Procrastination? Prioritisation? Other people’s plans and expectations? Or the commitments and obligations you self-impose in your life?..
4. Adjust your actions:
It is useful to review the habits and activities you spent more time on.
Evaluate if they make you feel as you would like to. You can ask yourself if they will help you achieving what you dream of. What should you adjust? Then make a plan.
5. Align your actions with your purpose:
What habits or thoughts would help you believing?
You can make a list of your concerns and turn them into credible affirmations. Or ask yourself if you are aiming to the right direction whenever you have to make an important decision.
6. Support:
Do you need to talk to someone or look for support in order to achieve certain things?
An accountability partner can help you stay motivated or on track.
A life coach will ensure you follow the right steps to pursue what is best for you.
All these are good steps to achieving something. But we are humans and many things get on the way of bigger things!
